简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：为维护陆家嘴治安安全、城市管理有序、社会和谐稳定、妥善处置应急突发事件、重大节庆、重大事件、重要场所投入安保力量，防止违法犯罪、群 体性事件和纠纷械斗，维护辖区社会稳定，采购社区治安辅助服务，采购人拟选取一家合格的供应商提供平安办社区治安辅助服务。本项目一次采购三年有效，合同一年一签，合同到期后采购人将对中标人的服务情况及工作考核结果进行评价。采购人可根据评价结果与中标人续签服务合同。如年度考核未通过或项目内容及价格变动幅度超过原合同采购金额*%的，则不再续签合同，重新采购。本项目采购预算所涵盖的服务期限：*年*月*日-*年*月*日。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
