简要规则描述：为本方案针对合庆镇友谊村垃圾分类数字化提升，对其硬件（垃圾桶、收运车）进行升级改造，通过垃圾分类智慧平台，实现“以垃圾管人”、监督居民垃圾分类行为、赋能乡村治理积分制、并同时监督环卫工人环卫工作。（具体详见第三章项目概况及服务需求）
Brief Specification Description:In order to improve the digitalization of garbage classification in Youyi Village, Heqing Town, this plan aims to upgrade and transform its hardware (garbage bins, collection vehicles). Through the intelligent platform of garbage classification, it realizes garbage management by people, supervises residents garbage classification behavior, empowers rural governance points system, and simultaneously supervises the sanitation work of sanitation workers. (For details, please refer to Chapter * Project Overview and Service Requirements)
