（*）拟派项目负责人具有市政公用工程一级及以上建造师执业资格证书，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人。
（*）本项目不接受联合体磋商。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(*) Possessing a first-class or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the Peoples Republic of China. (*) Possess a valid work safety license. (*) The proposed project leader should hold a first-class or higher constructor professional qualification certificate for municipal public works, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not be concurrently serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction project. (*) This project does not accept joint consultations.
