(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(*) It must be a legal entity established within the territory of China in accordance with the law; (*) Having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction; (*) Having a valid safety production license; (*) The proposed project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Level * or above in municipal public works, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and has not served as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; (*) Performance requirements: none; (*) Other requirements: None.
