Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:A. * pure electric buses with a height of * meters; among them, * are owned by Shanghai Pudong New Area Yanggao Public Transport Co., Ltd., * by Shanghai Pudong New Area Shangnan Public Transport Co., Ltd., and * by Shanghai Pudong New Area Jingao Public Transport Co., Ltd. B. * sets of power battery packs and service packages (the battery supplier provides an *-year full life cycle warranty for maintenance and replacement of parts according to national and local technical standards). (For specific details, see Part III - Procurement Requirements)
合同履约期限：合同签订后的 *天内完成全部车辆上牌并验收合格交付（最晚不迟于*年*月交付）
The Contract Period:Complete all vehicle registrations within * days after the contract is signed, and deliver them upon successful acceptance (no later than October *).
