简要规则描述：建港村已入选第七批乡村振兴示范村名单，为配合示范村创建，现拟对照任务清单，实施建港村乡村振兴村组基础设施补短板项目，对建港村内基础设施进行提升。建设内容包含*组排水管道提升、原桃博园北入口桥栏杆新建、村委会内部公共空间提升、建西路健身点提升等。
Brief Specification Description:Jiangang Village has been selected into the list of the seventh batch of rural revitalization demonstration villages, and in order to cooperate with the creation of demonstration villages, it is now planned to implement the infrastructure shortcomings of the rural revitalization village group of Jiangang Village against the task list to improve the infrastructure in Jiangang Village. The construction content includes the upgrading of * sets of drainage pipes, the new construction of the railing of the north entrance bridge of the original Taobo Park, the improvement of the public space within the village committee, and the upgrading of the fitness point on Jianxi Road.

（*）单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动；为本项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的供应商，不得参加本项目的采购活动。
（*）没有因发生生产安全事故被浦东新区建设行政管理部门暂停承接业务且在限制期内的。
（*）本项目专门面向中小企业采购。
