(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(*) Must be a legal person or unincorporated organization legally established within the territory of China (branches are not allowed to participate in the bidding activities in their own name for this project);

(*) The supplier must hold Grade III or higher qualification for general contracting of water conservancy and hydropower engineering issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the Peoples Republic of China;

(*) Possess the Safety Production License (within the validity period) issued by the construction authority;

(*) The project leader must hold the qualification of Level II (or higher) registered constructor in the water conservancy and hydropower engineering specialty of the Peoples Republic of China issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the Peoples Republic of China, and have a valid certificate for passing the safety production assessment;

(*) Different suppliers with the same legal representative or in a relationship
