简要规则描述：万祥镇共*个行政村，有粮田*.*亩，菜田*.*亩，经作田*.*亩，果园*.*亩，养殖(水产)*.*亩，林地*.*亩，零星用地*.*亩，估算农业生产性垃圾年产出量约为*.*万吨左右。为进一步提升垃圾分类减量实效，做好农业生产性垃圾的收集处置工作，采取村小分队收集、第三方集中清运、定点收集等三种收运方式进行清理处置。

In order to further improve the effect waste classification and reduction, and to do a good job in the collection and disposal of agricultural production waste, three collection and transportation methods are adopted for cleaning and disposal: small teams villages for collection, third-party centralized transportation, and fixed-point collection.
