简要规则描述：龙阳路南侧龙汇路周边约*.*万平米区域绿地树木茂盛、灯光昏暗，近年来治安隐患多发。为根治该绿地内治安乱象，拟通过疏剪抽稀植物、补充灯光布置等改善隐匿问题、消除安全隐患，整体完善道路系统提升区域景观。

In recent years, there have been many security risks. To thoroughly address the public security chaos within this green space, it is planned to improve the hidden issues and eliminate potential safety hazards by pruning and thinning plants, supplementing lighting arrangements, and comprehensively enhance the road system and regional landscape.
