简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本项目拟通过公开招标的方式择优选择一家供应商配合镇城运中心有效开展镇域范围内消防灭火、抢险工作的开展，同时承担区域内消防知识宜传指导村(居)委开展消防演练等工作，完善镇域内消防安全责任体系、消防础保障设施体系、消防应急救投体系和宣传教育体系，提升群众防火减灾、自防自救等意识和能力。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project plans to select a supplier through open bidding to effectively carry out fire fighting and emergency rescue work within the town area in cooperation with the town city operation center. At the same time, it will undertake the task of disseminating fire knowledge and guiding village (residential) committees to conduct fire drills in the area, improve the fire safety responsibility system, fire safety infrastructure system, fire emergency response system, and publicity and education system within the town area, and enhance the awareness and ability of the public to prevent and reduce fires, self prevention and self rescue. (Please refer to Chapter * Procurement Requirements for details)
