简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：为完善曹路镇区域城市综合治理工作，加强街面市容环境和城市秩序的监管，保持整洁、有序、良好状态，拟通过公开采购的方式，选取一家专业的第三方单位提供新市镇及金海华城大居北特保服务。本项目主要内容为新市镇及大居北范围内城市综合管理问题的发现、上报、处置、核查及配合相关执法队伍开展联合处置等工作。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:To improve urban comprehensive management in the Caolu Town area, strengthen supervision of street appearance and urban order, and maintain a clean, orderly, and well-kept environment, it is proposed to select a professional third-party agency through open procurement to provide special security services for the New Town and the North Residential Area of Jinhaihua City. The main tasks of this project include identifying, reporting, handling, verifying, and coordinating joint actions with law enforcement teams regarding urban comprehensive management issues within the New Town and the North Residential Area (see Chapter * of the Procurement Requirements Document for details)
