(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:In accordance with the Measures for the Promotion of the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises through Government Procurement (Cai Ku [*] No. *) and (Cai Ku [*] No. *), if a supplier meets the criteria defined in these documents as being a medium, small, or micro enterprise and provides a Declaration Letter for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, a *% price discount will be granted to small or micro enterprises. The discounted price will then be used as the basis for bid evaluation. Since this project is specifically designed for procurement from small and micro enterprises, no additional *% price discount will be provided.
