简要规则描述：本项目拟通过竞争性磋商的方式选取一家合格的供应商提供档案纸质和电子化服务，完成上海市浦东新区规划和自然资源局原第一至第六管理所约*卷、*页档案整理及数字化加工服务等。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description:This project intends to select a qualified supplier through competitive negotiation to provide archival paper and electronic services. The aim is to complete the sorting and digital processing of approximately *,000 volumes and *,000 pages of archives for the original first to sixth management offices of the Planning and Natural Resources Bureau of Pudong New Area, Shanghai. (For details, please refer to Chapter * of the procurement requirements document.)
合同履约期限：合同签订，*年*月*日前完成全部工作并通过采购人验收，办理好档案移交手续。
The Contract Period:The contract has been signed. All the work should be completed by November *, * and passed the acceptance inspection by the purchaser. The relevant archives transfer procedures should also be completed.
