简要规则描述：南码头路街道人防指挥所位于浦东新区周家渡社区Z000*编制单元0*-0*地块内，系南码头路街道社区文化活动中心地下一层，防化等级为乙级、核*级、常*级，总建筑面积*.0*平方米。为完善人防指挥功能，拟在原有空间布局基础上实施改造，主要调整内容包括：调整指挥大厅面积，优化操作空间布局；新增卫生间、排污间等生活保障设施；优化走道及水箱间布置，提升通行与维护效率；更新通风、排烟、防水及智能化系统。改造完成后，将有效提升街道人防应急指挥能力和信息化水平，实现平战结合、综合利用的目标。（具体内容及要求详见工程量清单及施工图图纸）

It is the basement level of the South Matou Road Street Community Cultural Activity Center, with a chemical defense level of Class B, Nuclear Level *, and Constant Level *, and a total construction area of *.0* square meters. In order to improve the command function of civil air defense, it is proposed to carry out renovation on the basis of the original spatial layout.
