简要规则描述：通过建立规范化运营模式，坚持政府支持、社会运营原则，探索社区嵌入式养老服务工作指引，推动各类养老服务机构设施与服务的标准化建设，提升养老服务机构运营管理的规范化水平。完善川沙新镇城厢社区*分钟为老生活服务圈，坚持在党建引领下，以上海市养老服务发展战略为核心目标，以民生为导向，以人民群众的利益为核心，持续推进养老服务体系化建设、高质量发展。本项目为非预留份额的采购项目。具体项目内容、采购范围及所应达到的具体要求，以磋商文件相应规定为准。
Brief Specification Description:By establishing a standardized operation model, adhering to the principles of government support and social operation, exploring guidelines for community-embedded elderly care services, promoting the standardized construction of facilities and services of various elderly care service institutions, and enhancing the standardized level of operation and management of elderly care service institutions, we aim to improve the *-minute elderly care service circle in Chengxiang Community, Chuansha New Town. Guided by party building, with the development strategy of elderly care services in Shanghai as the core goal, and with peoples livelihood as the orientation and the interests of the people as the core, we will continue to promote the systematic construction and high-quality development of the elderly care service system. This project is a non-reserved share procurement project.
