简要规则描述：完善社区综合为老服务中心“六养”融合功能，依托川沙新镇浦川社区老年人日间照护中心、川沙新镇妙川社区老年人日间照护中心，为川沙新镇老年人提供生活照料、文化娱乐、精神慰藉、康复理疗等多样化养老服务。通过建立规范化运营模式，坚持政府支持、社会运营原则，探索社区嵌入式养老服务工作指引，推动各类养老服务机构设施与服务的标准化建设，提升养老服务机构运营管理的规范化水平。本项目为非预留份额的采购项目。具体项目内容、采购范围及所应达到的具体要求，以磋商文件相应规定为准。
Brief Specification Description:Improve the integrated six nurtures function of the community comprehensive elderly service center, relying on the elderly day care centers in Puchuan Community and Miaochuan Community of Chuansha New Town, to provide diversified elderly care services such as life care, cultural entertainment, spiritual comfort, and rehabilitation therapy for the elderly in Chuansha New Town. By establishing a standardized operation model, adhering to the principles of government support and social operation, exploring guidelines for community-embedded elderly care services, promoting the standardized construction of various elderly care service facilities and services, and enhancing the standardized level of operation and management of elderly care service institutions. This project is a non-reserved share procurement project. The specific project content, procurement scope, and specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions of the negotiation documents.
