简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：为全面提升横沔派出所管理辖区治安、交通及社会秩序防控水平，充分发挥社会辅助力量预防和打击犯罪、维护社会稳定、保持治安及交通环境、服务人民群众的能力。根据大联勤、大联动机制及群防、群治理念，需在横沔派出所管理辖区配置相应的辅助执法力量。本项目拟通过公开招标的方式选择一家合格的供应商提供专业的安保辅助服务，从而提升横沔区域治安、交通及社会秩序防控水平。（具体详见第三章服务需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In order to comprehensively improve the level of prevention and control of public security, traffic and social order in the management area of Hengmian police station, and give full play to the ability of social auxiliary forces to prevent and combat crime, maintain social stability, maintain public security and traffic environment, and serve the people. According to the mechanism of joint logistics and linkage, and the concept of group defense and group governance, it is necessary to allocate corresponding auxiliary law enforcement forces in the management area of Hengmian police station. This project intends to select a qualified supplier to provide professional security auxiliary services through public bidding, so as to improve the prevention and control level of public security, traffic and social order in Hengmian area. (See Chapter III Service Requirements for details)
合同履约期限：本项目一次招标三年有效，合同一年一网签，每年经过采购人考核合格后，合同续签一年，最长不超过三年。本项目采购预算所涵盖的服务期限为*年0*月0*日至*年0*月*日。
The Contract Period:This project is valid for three years after one tender, and the contract is signed online once a year. After passing the purchasers examination every year, the contract will be renewed for one year, with a maximum of three years.
