Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:Based on the current issuance of pollutant discharge permits and their inclusion in the * post permit supervision system, approximately * monitoring outlets of wastewater simplified management enterprises will be monitored by *; Conduct online comparison and monitoring of wastewater discharge outlets from * key water discharge units. Monitor approximately * non methane total hydrocarbon exhaust outlets, * VOC exhaust outlets, * oil fume exhaust outlets, and * odor concentration exhaust outlets of key and simplified management enterprises for exhaust gas; Conduct online comparison and monitoring of waste gas at the wastewater discharge outlets of * key gas polluting units. Monitor the pH value, suspended solids, chemical oxygen demand, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, petroleum, animal and vegetable oils, sulfides, anionic surfactants, and characteristic factors of about * drainage households with a drainage volume exceeding *m*/d.

The monitoring items for exhaust gas outlets include air volume, oxygen content, particulate matter, nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen sulfide, smoke blackness, mercury and compounds, nickel and its compounds, benzene, toluene, xylene, volatile organic compounds, etc. Monitoring projects for wastewater discharge outlets include pH value, dissolved solids, suspended solids, five-day biochemical oxygen demand, chemical oxygen demand, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, petroleum, volatile phenols, total cyanide, fluoride, sulfide, total organic carbon, benzene derivatives, alkylmercury, residual chlorine, heavy metals, and water temperature, as well as comparative monitoring of waste gas and wastewater discharge outlets. (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:This project is a package specifically designed for the procurement of small and medium-sized enterprises, and is only open to small and medium-sized enterprises to participate in bidding.
