简要规则描述：为了提高治安防控能力，打造辖区安全环境，通过协助开展视频巡查、协助视频追踪违法犯罪嫌疑人、协助治安情况分析研判以及重要节点、重大安保活动等工作需要，实施视频监控服务，为确保老港镇社会面安全稳定提供强力支撑。
Brief Specification Description:To enhance the public security prevention and control capabilities within the jurisdiction and foster a safe community environment the following items need to be procured: *-hour video surveillance; video tracking of criminal suspects; storage and retrieval of video images to provide photographic evidence for cracking cases and public security investigations; analysis and assessment of police situations to timely adjust the focus areas of video surveillance; and video surveillance during important milestones and major security events.
