(c)本项目的特定资格要求：*、须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织（本项目不接受分公司以自己名义参加采购活动）；
*、供应商应同时具备以下施工资质：*）中华人民共和国住房和城乡建设部颁发的施工总承包建筑工程三级或以上资质；*）中华人民共和国住房和城乡建设部颁发的施工专业承包建筑装修装饰工程二级或以上资质。
*、企业具有有效的安全生产许可证；
*、拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人（（以响应文件中提供的加盖单位公章的《项目负责人基本情况表》为准（通过上海市住房和城乡建设管理委员会网站zjw.sh.gov.cn 查询、打印，首次响应文件提交截止时间前* 天内打印有效））。
*、处于被政府管理部门禁止参加投标期间的单位不得参与竞争；
*、本项目不允许转包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:*. Must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of our country (this project not accept branch companies participating in the procurement activities in their own name);
*. The supplier should have the following construction qualifications at the same time: *) Grade III above in the general contracting construction engineering qualification issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the Peoples Republic of China; *) Grade II or above the professional contracting architectural decoration engineering qualification issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the Peoples Republic of China.

*. The project manager to be assigned has a secondary or above registered constructor qualification in the specialty of architectural engineering, has a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not served as the project manager of
