*、现场管理机构拟派人员要求：*人（含）以上，须包含园林项目负责人、安全员、质量员、材料员、中级园林绿化工（班组负责人）各*名，上述人员均应为企业在职人员须提供近三个月中任意一个月的企业缴纳社保证明；
*、园林绿化项目负责人须具有园林专业中级职称及以上、上海市园林绿化工程从业人员项目负责人电子卡；
*、磋商文件所涉及的园林专业是指: 园林(园林规划设计、园林植物、风景园林、园林绿化、绿化林业等)、园艺、城市规划、景观、植物(含植保、森保等) 、环境艺术、风景旅游等专业；
*、处于被政府管理部门禁止参加投标期间的单位不得参与竞争；
*、本项目不允许转包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:*. In accordance with the provisions of Article * of the Law of the Peoples Republic of China on the Administration of Government Procurement;
*. Not included in the list of Dishonest Persons, the list of major tax violations, or the list of serious dishonest acts in government procurement on Credit China (***) and the China Government Procurement Network (***) from January *, * to the present;
