④项目经理须具备建筑工程专业二级及以上注册建造师执业资格；

⑥本项目不接受联合体投标。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:① Suppliers not listed on the失信被执行人名单（blacklist of dishonest被执行人）, 重大税收违法案件当事人名单（list of parties involved in major tax violation cases）on the “信用中国” website (***), and the政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单（list of serious illegal and dishonest acts in government procurement）on the China Government Procurement website (***). Suppliers listed on the above lists are not allowed to participate in government procurement bidding activities.
② Possess independent legal person status duly registered in accordance with the law, hold a business license of enterprise legal person of the Peoples Republic of China and the corresponding scope of business operations, and the enterprise business license must pass the annual review.
