Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The X* parking and maintenance depot has a parking building (with * floors), a DRT testing building (with * floors), a public transportation business building (with * floors), a *kV substation, a car wash, guard rooms, garbage rooms and other facilities, with a total construction area of *,* square meters (covering an area of *,*.0* square meters). With the opening of the X* parking and maintenance depot, to ensure efficient and orderly operation, property management services need to be introduced, covering environmental maintenance, order maintenance, inspection and maintenance of facilities and equipment, indoor and outdoor greening, and other aspects. 合同履约期限：合同期限为一年，以场站实际启用之日起计算。
