简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：对临港新片区范围内新建、改建、扩建的建设工程，包括房建类含人防、市政类含交通、园林绿化类、供排水、水利以及装饰装修类建设工程开展质量安全监督辅助管理工作，包括辅助监督巡查、外立面质量无人机辅助巡查、企业安全生产批后辅助监督、专项技术咨询等。通过引入专业技术力量开展全过程辅助监督，确保临港新片区建设工程始终处于可控状态。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:Quality and safety supervision auxiliary management is conducted for new, renovated, and expanded construction projects within the Lingang New Area, including residential and civil defense projects, municipal projects involving transportation, landscaping, water supply and drainage, water conservancy, as well as decoration and renovation projects. This includes auxiliary supervision inspections, exterior facade quality drone-assisted inspections, post-approval safety supervision for enterprises, and specialized technical consultations. By introducing professional technical resources to carry out comprehensive auxiliary supervision, the construction projects in the Lingang New Area are ensured to remain under controlled conditions.
合同履约期限：自合同签订之日起一年。

（*）单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同投标人，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动；为采购项目提供整体设计、规范编制或者项目管理、监理、检测等服务的投标人，不得再参加该采购项目的其他采购活动；
（*）法人依法设立的分支机构以自己的名义参与投标时，应提供依法登记的相关证明材料和由法人出具的授权其分支机构在其经营范围内参加政府采购活动并承担全部民事责任的书面授权。法人与其分支机构不得同时参与同一项目的采购活动；
