简要规则描述：为进一步维护沪东新村街道辖区治安稳定，协助派出所民警完成日常治安管理活动、街道办公区域突发事件保障以及其他服务，结合沪东新村街道实际情况，实施政府购买服务，主要负责重点区域治安巡逻、社区治安重点区域、羁押看护、收监押送、开展区域、场所安全防范检查、派出所监控中心、辖区平安屋、街道所辖的各对外服务窗口、活动场所及居民区突发事件安全保障服务、*小时突发事件的应急保障服务等及其他采购人交办的事项。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description:In order to further maintain the stability of public security in the Luhongxin Village Sub-district assist the police officers of the sub-district police station in completing daily public security management activities ensuring emergencies in the sub-district office area and providing other services based on the actual situation of Luhongxin Village Sub-district government procurement services are implemented. The main responsibilities include conducting security patrols in key areas security areas in the community custody and care receiving and transporting prisoners conducting safety inspections in the areas and venues the police station monitoring center the sub-districts safe houses all external service windows under the jurisdiction of the sub-district activity venues and emergency safety guarantees for residents areas in the sub-district (for details please refer to the procurement requirements in Chapter *).
